Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account, we store the email address you sign up with and the questionnaires you create.
• Questionnaire content. The questions, options, descriptions, and themes you create, plus responses submitted to your questionnaires.
• AI prompts. When you use AI-assisted creation, the prompt you enter is sent to our AI generation providers solely to draft your questionnaire.
• Technical data. Basic usage data such as pages visited and browser type, collected to keep the service working and secure.

How we use information

We use your information to provide and improve Querly: storing your questionnaires, generating drafts from your prompts, delivering responses to you, and keeping your account secure. We do not sell your data.

AI providers

AI-assisted questionnaire generation is powered by third-party AI providers. Only the prompt you enter is sent to them for the purpose of generating your questionnaire.

Data storage

Questionnaire data is stored with our hosting and database providers using industry standard security measures. You can delete your questionnaires at any time.

Children

Querly is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
